The best way to convert from Saison point to ANA mile efficiently [As of Aug 2017]

Credit card point’s expiration date is our concern and many people applied Saison card because of the credit cart point’s expiration. Saison is the first company which introduced the point system that does not expire in Japan. The point system is called as the permanent immortal point, eliminating the expiration date.

 

When you check point at Saison website,  if you want to convert Saison point to ANA mileage, the point rate is as follows:

How much you can get Saison point at your shopping:

1,000 yen = 1 point

How much you can get ANA mileage if you convert from Saison point to ANA mileage directory:

200 points＝600 ANA mileage

i.e.

200,000 yen = 200 points = 600 ANA mileage

As you feel, this is not good rate to convert to ANA mileage. Even if you buy something and spend 200,000 yen but you can get only 600 ANA mileage.

 

If you are interested in earning ANA mileage, you must not have this Saison card but if you worry about expiration of Credit card point, then you might have Saison Credit card. Saison card point is not expired but only you can get 1 point for each 1,000 yen shopping. The conversion rate to get point is also not so good. Actually before I found this way to convert to ANA mileage, I almost gave up to convert Saison point to ANA mileage and I was thinking to convert Saison point to Shopping coupon. Because 1,000 Saison point can be converted to 5,000 yen shopping coupon and the coupon can be used almost every department store like Isetan, Mitsukoshi, Marui, Matsuya and so on.

 

Compare way to convert from Saison point to ANA mileage

1. Saison point -> ANA mileage　Direct conversion (This is the simple way but Not good idea due to conversion rate)
   200 points -> 600 ANA mileage
   
2. Saison point -> .money -> ANA To Me CARD PASMO JCB card(Sorachika card) -> ANA mileage
   200 points -> 1,000 points (.money) -> 1,000 point (ANA To Me CARD PASMO JCB card/Sorachika card) -> 900 ANA mileage
   
   
   

 

As you can see, the rate to convert to ANA mileage is 1.5 times than direct conversion from Saison point to ANA mileage. The way to convert looks complicated but to open account for .money is one time and also to apply ANA To Me CARD PASOMO JCB is also one time. But please note that some of process to convert Points to other takes time. If you need to get ANA mileage ASAP, then this good rate conversion way is not good as well.

ANA To Me CARD PASOMO JCB – Good point conversion rate!

As you can find at official site, you will get

100 metro points -> 90 ANA mileage

This rate is quite high rate especially for ANA mileage. If you also need to purchase monthly metro pass and use metro frequently, you can get metro point

ANA To Me CARD PASOMO JCB:

Weekday 5 points, Weekend/Holiday 15 points per ride

Other To Me Card:

Weekday 2 points or Weekend/Holiday 6 points per ride
